We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. I.C.T. is a research and empowerment service that uses AI-powered tools to help incarcerated individuals access educational materials, current events, general knowledge, and legal information. All content is AI-generated and delivered in accordance with DOCCS policies and JPay/Securus Terms of Service. Our Sponsored Members are beneficiaries of a sponsor’s plan—not paying customers. Our goal is to support independent study, informed decision-making, and personal development behind the wall.

Our History:
I.C.T. Inmate Connect Tools LLC was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between incarceration and access to information. After witnessing how New York State prisons sometime lagged behind in technology-still relying on cassette tapes until 2019
—we saw an opportunity to help incarcerated individuals leap further and faster into the future through the use of their tablets. Our platform empowers growth and rehabilitation by giving sponsors a secure, daily way to deliver Al-powered research directly to their loved ones behind the wall.
